Dedicated Hour of Powerlifting with Spotting

Are you looking for other heavy lifters to work out with?  Join us for Power Hour where heavy lifting is the goal. A certified Personal Trainer will be in attendance to assist with spotting and to answer any questions. Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift will be the primary focus.
