Membership Information Membership offers complete access to the community centers amenities which include an indoor walking track, gymnasiums, racquetball courts, weight room, game room, quiet study room, and coffee bar. Members will have free access to many classes (see below) and to reduced rates on room rentals. Come to the Community Center to apply for membership. Photo IDs will be taken. Membership Fees Effective January 1, 2006
***In order to qualify for the resident rate, you must live within the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District. The above quarterly and monthly payment plans include additional administrative fees. There is also a daily use fee program available. Photo Identification Cards Photo Identification Cards will be required for all users of the community center, except those using day passes (see below). A $5.00 photo identification card must be purchased by non-member Brushy Creek MUD residents who simply want access to free community activities as advertised in this catalogue. Seniors will also be able to access activities listed on Senior Activities catalogue page with their Photo Identification Card. Activation Fee A one time activation fee of $25.00 will be assessed for all new members. This fee is due at the initial application and for re-activation of cancelled membership and is the same amount for Individual or Family membership plans. Membership activation fee includes the photo identification card at no extra cost for each family member. Day Passes for Visitors Guests, accompanied by a member, pay $5/day. Resident non-members visit at $10/day. Non-resident non-members visit at $15/day. Unescorted Minors Youth fourth grade or 10 years and under, not attending a supervised scheduled class or program, must be accompanied by a guardian 16 years or over. After 9:00 PM youth 16 years and younger, not attending a scheduled activity or program, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Staff has the right to remove anyone from the premises. Free Fitness Classes for Members Body Sculpting, Wake-up Workout, Body Toning, Pilates, Cardio, Kickboxing, Yoga, Circuit Training, Tone to the Bone, Step and Tone, Low Impact, Stretching for Health, Intervals, and Latin Dancercise. | ||||||||||||||||||||
