Join us for a comprehensive training program designed to help new or returning runners learn to train and improve on a previous 5K time or just complete a 5K race. A fun, social, non-competitive atmosphere where we will educate and encourage new individuals to train effectively and adopt a more active lifestyle.
The On Your Mark Program is adaptable for all fitness levels so it doesn't matter if you are new to running, a walker, jogger, or someone who is looking to improve your time. This group will help participants stay accountable and motivated by others going through a similar experience.
Work on proper running mechanics, drills, interval or speed training, and general fitness. Each participant will get his or her own individual workout plan designed to help you reach your running goal!
