Instructor Bio: Marie Young is a yoga and meditation teacher, mindfulness educator, and relationship coach. Drawing on meditation science, Hatha and Tantra yoga, and other wisdom traditions, Marie has been teaching since 2005. Her greatest joy is uplifting her students and allowing them to experience a better relationship with themselves, their partners and families, and the world around them.
