Brushy Creek BBQ Cook-Off & Family Festival

The Brushy Creek BBQ Cook-Off & Family Festival is a tradition in the Brushy Creek area. Located in the parking lot & field to the left of the Brushy Creek Community Center, it offers a little something for everyone. The Community Center is located at:
16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX,
right off of Highway 620. Below you can find all the information you need about the festival. FREE entrance to the festival, come and enjoy FREE live music. Event Parking is FREE! Some activities and food do have a small fee as you will find listed below so that you can arrive prepared for some awesome BBQ, amazing music and a great time!
Join us for our BBQ Cook-Off Pre-Party! Friday, May 5, 2017 from 6:00pm-10:30pm.
Location: Brushy Creek Community Center Park-West Side
What? Live music from 6pm-8 pm and a movie showing on our large outdoor screen, starting at sunset. FREE EVENT!

We are hosting our 3rd Annual Washer’s Tournament during the Cook-Off Festival this year starting at 2:30PM!
Doubles format depending on # of participants.
Prizes for top 2 teams.
You can pre-register by emailing our Fitness Lead, Tyler Bybee at email@example.com or sign up at the Information table between 11am-1:30 pm on Saturday, May 6, day of the event.
Our Pits will be available for Open Play to warm up on Friday evening, May 5th.
Things for Attendees to know
Please feel free to bring your own chairs/blankets/tents. If you have a tent we do ask that you set up toward the back of the viewing area of the stage.
All food and activities are cash only. *There will be an ATM available on-site, transaction fees will apply*
If you are 21 years old or older, you may bring your own alcoholic beverages with you to the event. We do ask that any alcoholic beverages be in non-glass containers. Anyone with glass containers will be asked to leave the Cook-Off lot. There will be no alcoholic beverages for sale and Cookers are not allowed to give you alcohol. Please drink legally & responsibly!
Food will be available for sale throughout the day by certain Cook-Off teams who have chosen to vend food. Not all Cook-Off teams can give you food. Please see the information table at the event to find out where to get yummy BBQ.
